Questions to ask Wedding Photographer

A Wedding is one of the most important day of one’s life. The only way you can relive that day again and again is through your Wedding Photographs. So choosing a good Wedding Photographer is an important task in your Wedding Planning list. The challenge in finding a good Photographer is when you see most of the Photographer’s work it all looks impressive. However sometimes what you see is not what you get so here are the few questions which you should ask your Wedding Photographer to ensure that you are getting the best out of your Wedding Photos:

1) What is included in your Package ? If there is any hidden cost which is not clearly specified (e.g. GST, Travel) ?

2) What happen in case the event is running late and there is requirement of unplanned extra hours. What is associated cost for that if any ?

3) How many photos are included in the package ? If there is a cap on the number of Photos ?

4) How the photos will be delivered ? If the album is included in the package ?

5) If there will be any watermark or logo on the photos ? If there is any additional cost for its removal ?

6) What will be the resolution of the photos or if they will be high resolution photos or low resolution photos ?

7) What are the Payment plans ? If there is an option of Zip Money, EMI or other Plans ?

8) Who’ll be capturing the event and if it’s a company not individual how many other events company is going to capture on the day ?

9) What is the turnaround time for Photos. Also, if some sneak peek can be provided before the final photos are ready.

10) What if we don’t like the photographs ?

11) What are the equipment you are going to use on the day ?

12) What is the refund and Cancellation policy ?

13) How my images will be used i.e. If you going to put it in Social Media or for other commercial purposes ?

14) How my Photos will be edited ? If all the Photos will be edited or only selected Photos will be edited ?

15) In case RAW files are required, if they can be provided ?
