    Booking FAQ

    We’ll go through your message and respond back to you in 3 working days. If we need additional details, will ask you so.

    If you liked our work and decided to proceed with us, you need to fill our digital contract form and make a deposit, unless both of these things are done your booking is not confirmed.

    Unfortunately not. We keep our prices reasonable at the first place.

    The preferred way of payment is Bank Transfer. You’ll get an invoice for the amount paid.

    Post COVID we do all our catch ups via Zoom only. If you keen on having an in person catch-up we can organise one in either Point Cook or Melbourne CBD.

    We will be sorry if you have to cancel because of one or other reason. However initial deposit is non refundable in any scenario, there may be additional penalties applied which are specified in the booking form.
